Does this packages include outfits?

Yes, for these sessions. We will be providing most of the outfit for babies. Props like Baskets, boxes, suspenders, bows, crochet garments, hats, caps, frames. etc. are arranged by me for the session.
When can we schedule the shoot for newborn?

We make a tentative newborn session booking based on your expected delivery date from your last scan.

The final session date is set after delivery.

Please inform us on the day of delivery so we can adjust our schedule, as we need 10–12 days to finalize your session date.
When is the ideal time to have a Newborn session and how long before birth should I schedule this in?

The ideal time for a newborn session is between 5 and 18 days, as babies sleep longer during this stage.

Sessions after 2 weeks can still produce beautiful images, though typical newborn poses may not be possible.

It’s best to contact us during your pregnancy so we can tentatively book your due date and adjust the session timing once the baby arrives.
What's the time duration of the shoot?

A newborn session typically lasts 1.5 to 3 hours. Since babies can’t be directed, the session flows according to their needs - whether they need to feed, sleep, or be comforted.

Multiple setups and looks are covered based on the chosen package, with breaks given as needed.

Because newborns photograph best in deep sleep, timing depends on the baby’s schedule.

In rare cases when the session extends beyond three hours, we’ll review progress after two hours and decide together if extra time is needed.
Where will the photoshoot take place?
We prefer to do newborn sessions in a cozy studio space. This way, everything is ready for you — lighting, props, and a safe, clean environment designed especially for newborns.

What should I pay attention to prior to the session? How do I prepare?

Before the session, please avoid feeding your baby until we arrive, as they may fall asleep too early and be difficult to settle later.

Also, dress your baby in something that doesn’t need to be pulled over the head to prevent waking when wrapping begins.
Can we include my older son/daughter to be part of the shoot?

Absolutely! We encourage turning your newborn session into a family shoot.

Capturing the bond between your firstborn and your newborn is both emotional and special.
-
All sessions include portraits with parents and full siblings, with a few shots featuring siblings and more focus on the baby.

Additional family members can be included for ₹999 per person.
Do we, the parents, need to be in the photographs? I don’t feel ready to have my picture takes as yet.

We understand you may not feel ready for photos so soon after birth, but we encourage you to consider it.

Images of you and your partner interacting with your baby often become the most treasured.

Even if you feel uncomfortable, a little makeup and a nice outfit can help capture a few meaningful shots you'll cherish and may come to love.
How are the images shared? Will I get RAW images?

All watermarked images will be shared in 2–4 working days. Edited images will take 2–4 weeks after selection.

We offer retouching, basic color enhancement, and my signature look on all selected images.

Edited digital images will be delivered as per your package; extra edits are ₹350 per image.

Delivery is via Google Drive; pen drive available at extra cost.

Printed images will be couriered by our vendors.

For priority delivery, a ‘Quick Delivery’ option is available at ₹1,999.

RAW/unedited images are not shared, but can be purchased for ₹3,999 if requested before the session. No negotiations after the session.
This charge is non-negotiable and ensures that you receive high-quality images with full editing flexibility. Here are some reasons to justify the additional charge of ₹3,999/- for RAW images:

Photographer's Expertise and Time: RAW images are unprocessed and contain a vast amount of data, which allows for greater flexibility in post-processing. However, capturing and handling RAW images requires professional expertise and additional time for the photographer/editor. The charge reflects the photographer’s skills and effort put into creating high-quality RAW images.

File Size and Storage: RAW files are significantly larger than standard JPEG images, requiring more storage space and longer upload/download times. This increases the photographer's costs in terms of data management, storage, and delivery.

Editing Freedom: RAW images provide the maximum flexibility for editing, allowing clients to make extensive changes to exposure, color balance, and other parameters. By purchasing RAW files, clients are essentially buying the freedom to handle future edits on their own or through another editor, which adds value to the deliverable.

Professional Standard: The photographer’s standard offering may include only processed images in formats like JPEG, which are ready-to-use and optimized for various purposes. RAW images, on the other hand, are like digital negatives and are not typically delivered unless specifically requested, justifying an additional fee.

Additional Workload: Providing RAW files may require additional steps for the photographer in terms of organizing, exporting, and ensuring the files are delivered in a usable format. The fee compensates for this extra workload. These reasons explain the added value and effort behind RAW image delivery, making the extra charge reasonable.

What if we don't want you to post our photos online (Privacy Purchase)?

If you wish to prevent the photographer from using any of your images online, we have the option of purchasing privacy at an additional cost of 25% on the original package pricing (Privacy Purchase).

We highly respect your decisions on the usage of images and formalized this process to prevent any usage of your family images on our social media and website.
-
Intention: Images used by us online, are mainly to help market and showcase variety by displaying the capability and potential of our photography services.
What happens if I want to reschedule or cancel my session?
-
Let us know a minimum 48 hours in advance and we can reschedule your session to the next available date. Less than 48 hours we may forfeit your booking deposit.

This would be solely at the our discretion and on a case-to-case basis.

Advance is non-refundable, but can be used for further bookings.
How to make the payment?

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer/UPI (NEFT, IMPS, QR), Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm.

Secure links or invoices are available on request.
-
Bookings must be made 7–14 days in advance and are confirmed only after a 50% advance payment.

The remaining 50% is due on the day of the session.

Cash is accepted for in-person sessions.

Additional props, edits, frames, or albums are charged separately and paid at booking.
